The Department of History is pleased to announce that our 2009 graduate Maggie Luttrell Roby is recipient of the 2022 College Young Alumni Award. Maggie, who also earned a Women’s Studies degree followed by a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, currently works for Cargill in Kansas City. She credits Prof. Michael Bailey with fostering her interest in Medieval history and with understanding the wider application of the skills we teach as historians. Congratulations Maggie!
